About Us
The Badger Mountain Village is located in the desirable area of south Richland, Washington. Our neighborhood is within walking distance of shopping, parks and Orchard Elementary School which was completed in 2015.
Our neighborhood is at the base of Badger Mountain, a Tri-Cities landmark and the most popular place to hike in the Columbia Basin. Two public parks, maintained by the City of Richland, are steps away. The Badger Mountain Village HOA features a private park and walking paths around a private pond.
It is the goal of the Badger Mountain Village Homeowners Association board to maintain our community in such a way that current and future residents are proud to call the neighborhood home.
